We protect the rest of your home, then open up the space. Framing, plumbing and electrical rough-in happen while the walls are open, which is when hidden problems get fixed properly instead of covered up.

Sometimes the house you love just needs more of it. We design and build home additions the same way we remodel: one plan, one crew and a walkthrough at the end.

An addition asks more of a remodeling contractor. NJ towns require permits and inspections, there's a new foundation, framing has to tie into the existing roof, and heating, plumbing and electrical extend from systems already in the house. We coordinate those permits and inspections, then match siding, trim, windows and rooflines so the new space reads as part of the original home. Plan it right, build it once, with the same crew from the first footing to the final coat of paint.
